Dallas has the passing edge; Arizona has a route underneath
Dallas comes home after winning in Philadelphia, while Arizona lost to Denver after its narrow victory over the Rams. Neither side has produced consistent results. The Cowboys' stronger model forecast is useful context, but the current handicap absorbs much of that advantage.
Dallas has its strongest model opportunity deep to the right. Arizona's positive matchup is shorter, to the right, where a high-volume option such as McBride can help Brissett keep possessions moving. These are team passing-area tendencies, rather than a claim about any receiver's alignment.
Pickens' limited practice and Turpin's absence from Thursday practice matter to Dallas' receiving depth. Arizona is watching Wilson's ribs and the health of both Allgeier and Love. Lamb and Williams give the Cowboys established ways to build pressure without needing every drive to produce a long completion.
