02 / THE GAME STORY

Two new quarterback plans change the rematch

Arizona recovered to beat Dallas 33-30 in overtime after Minshew replaced Brissett. Seattle lost 34-17 to Chicago and now faces a shorter week without Darnold. The Cardinals have momentum from that comeback, but they are also missing Love and Bourne, so the personnel around their new starter has changed.

Lock is expected to start while working through an elbow problem; Milroe is the alternative. Seattle’s line and receiving availability are also unsettled. There is enough movement here to make a precise handicap look more authoritative than the evidence warrants. Both markets are unrated under the existing quarterback rules.
