A rookie start reshapes Thursday night
Jacksonville’s 42-7 demolition of Indianapolis and Baltimore’s 36-10 loss at Buffalo point in opposite directions. The Jaguars have allowed just 15.9 points per game across their seven completed matches. Baltimore has scored 10, 13 and 10 in its last three. That is a difficult platform for a rookie making his first start.
The temptation is to turn those results into an automatic Jacksonville bet. The large handicap already prices in a substantial change, however, and Baltimore’s team-history numbers cannot tell us how Fagnano will perform. Tuten’s status affects Jacksonville’s running options; Walker’s availability matters to the pressure the visitors can generate. Both betting ratings are withheld.
